I've made a fabulous soup with your blue oyster mushrooms that the family loved. Also, thanks for the suggestions in preparing lions mane mushroom crab cakes. My guests loved them and didn't know they were not eating crab. Cooking and sharing your fresh mushroom's has been an exciting step on our journey to better health!!!
